What's not included
Hotels - We know everyone has different budgets. For this event, you can choose where to stay. The HQ hotel will be Hotel Les Grains D'argent. Once you have paid your event deposit, we will send you a list of hotels nearby starting from £50 a night.
Lunch - The day is yours. We want you to enjoy the day at your own pace and not to a schedule.
Dinner on Friday and Saturday - There are many nice restaurants around Epernay, we want you to enjoy the local atmosphere. However, if you want us to arrange dinner for you, you can add it onto your entry.

Itinerary

Any schedule or itinerary published must be considered provisional.
DAY 1 - Friday
Arrive mid afternoon at your chosen hotel. The day is relaxed. There will be a welcome dinner and champagne reception at the HQ hotel to start the Champagne Discovery.
DAY 2 - Saturday
The morning begins with a Quest Drive around the Champagne region. The morning concludes back at Épernay. Those of you who have booked lunch at the Royal Champagne Hotel, will need to make their way to the venue. Tonight is a free evening. You can add dinner onto your booking, if you wish.
DAY 3 - Sunday
After breakfast, the competition commences with a Quest drive through the vineyards. Take your time and enjoy the picturesque scenery. The afternoon is to be spent at your leisure. Why not pop into Épernay and enjoy a glass on the Avenue de Champagne? Those who have booked the cellar tour at Mercier will enjoy this today. Tonight is a free night. You can add dinner on to your booking, if you wish.
DAY 4 - Monday
The final day begins with a morning Quest Drive through the region of Champagne and the opportunity to visit some smaller Champagne Houses. Those who have booked the self guided Pressoria tour, will get to enjoy the tastings before the event concludes. Tonight you will finish the Champagne Discovery with a champagne toast before the farewell dinner. There will be a small awards presentation for overall Quest Drive winners.
Each guest will also receive a gift as a memento of the event.
